Qualifications Must hold or be eligible for WI DPI Certification to work with elementary-aged children in a cross-categorical program. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of special education instruction and the special education process. The candidate will be able to collaborate with a variety of staff and work in an inclusive, progressive environment. Knowledge of appropriate assessment techniques and IEP development is an expectation.? ?
